Who are we

Since 2024, Great River Drifting has been exploring different ways of traveling deep in Yushu, Qinghai Province, the region of Three Rivers Source. We have ventured into its mysterious rivers, trained our own captains, and established our own drifting base. Our hope has always been to use river journeys to help Chinese people fully immerse themselves in nature, connect with their mother rivers, explore and discover themselves in the wild, and through the sport of drifting, draw society's attention to the state of rivers and the environment. Every participant, by physically entering the river, moves in rhythm with the currents within the natural ecosystem, experiencing not only the river itself but also the cultural and historical changes along its banks.
