Leave behind hurried sightseeing ,go deep into the world's Third Pole, the heart of the Tibetan Plateau—Nangqên, Yushu. This is not a stopover, but the very "water tower" of China, the fountainhead of three mighty rivers. We invite you to immerse yourself in this sanctuary for full, flowing days, to engage in the most primal and profound way: aboard a simple hide raft, following the current downstream, allowing both body and spirit to embark simultaneously on a journey of return.

**The First Day of Rafting: See the Mountains, Savoring the Tranquility of Nature and Meditation**

In the early morning, we depart from the camp and make our way to the viewing platform. Over the course of two hours, we immerse ourselves in the act of gazing upon the majestic mountainous landscape, allowing the interplay of dawn's light and shadow and the silhouettes of the peaks to fully occupy the mind.

Following the midday meal, we commence a twelve-kilometer journey upon the water. As the current alternates between turbulent rapids and gentle, placid stretches, one may experience the fleeting exhilaration of adrenaline—an ephemeral response to nature's primal pulse.

Arriving at our river campsite, we shed the physical residue of the day’s exertions. Within the ensuing quietude of the natural surroundings, we practice meditation, cultivating inner stillness. This is accompanied by reflection upon the principles of "Leave No Trace," contemplating our transient presence within this enduring landscape.

The day concludes with the evening meal at the camp, a simple act of sustenance that deepens our appreciation for the profound serenity and subtle contentment unique to these wild mountains.
